In regards to footnote 17 and caffeine... I never thought I'd ever say this, but I bought caffeine-free coffee grounds the other day. And I can honestly say the brand I bought wasn't too bad. Maybe my coffee taste buds aren't as sophisticated as yours, but just in case... it is Gevalia Kaffe. I found it at Kroger. I'm sure Starbucks has decaf, too, but this is cheaper...

I took Cymbalta for two weeks several years ago and had disastrous results. Not only was I in a fog, and still in pain, I also fell and sustained a concussion. I now have a dent in my head! I stood up and my blood pressure must have plummeted (one of the listed side effects) and I fell full force onto my forehead. I was unconscious for about an hour. I would vote against anyone taking this prescription drug. It's not worth the risks involved.

I hope the side effects become tolerable and that the meds will help you.

We are not sure exactly when we'll be able to plan to be in Pittsburgh, we are moving into a house in March which will be expensive due to having to buy a fridge and washer/dryer. We are hoping April/May-ish. By then the weather there should be better. . .last time that cold wind/rain was not fun at all. haha

My best friend has dealt with such severe fibro that she's been on disability. She has been essentially crippled by it. A day like today (cold and wet) is death to her. She stays in bed, heating pad and meds at hand. Unimaginable pain. May you always remain a functional unit, sir. :)

Yeah, it was really awkward but it meant so much to me that you would even be around me at that time let alone let me rest on you like that. I did offer to give you the ring back (like a return policy since that wasn't exactly the way you pictured our life) but you said no, you still wanted to marry me. That is how I knew you were a keeper:) I love you so much and can't wait to be your wife. I hope our wedding night doesn't have any such issues.
